  • Bikram 90 min : our classic Bikram Style yoga class. 90 mins, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises.
  • Bikram 60 min: a shortened version of the Bikram class. 60 mins, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. 
  • Inferno Hot Pilates 60 min: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based in Pilates principles. Ideal compliment to your 26/2 Hatha Yoga practice.

  • Inferno Hot Pilates 60 min: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based in Pilates principles. Ideal compliment to your 26/2 Hatha Yoga practice. 
  • Aerial Yoga 60 min: Defy gravity and use the silks to both relax and take your regular practice to new heights. Space is limited to 8 spots, preregistration required.
    *Aerial Yoga classes begin November 16th.
  • BHY Kids Club 90min: Yoga class for kids ages 4 to 10. Kids take yoga while you get to take Saturday morning class. (see pricing here)
