This 60 minute hot class moves through the traditional series with both tempo and flow.
Join this 60 minute class for a combination of HIIT + Sculpt + Pilates principals. This bodyweight workout will quickly transform you and increase your strength with no risk of injury thanks to its low impact nature.
Vinyasa, or flow as it sometimes called, is a breath-synchronized series of poses that emphasize hip openers, arm strengthening, and core work. The movements flow smoothly, helping to build internal heat and offering physical and mental benefits. It's an excellent 60min. workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and relieve stress in a non-heated room.
Aerial Yoga uses a silk fabric hammock as a tool to help students achieve the traditional yoga positions. Level I is open to ALL beginners and we recommend a few class before joining the Level II class.
BHY KIDS CLUB
Children ages 4 to 10 can come enjoy a non-heated yoga class taught by a certified kids yoga instructor while you get to enjoy your own class.
NIDRA (Coming Nov. 5th)
This meditative, 60 minute non-heated class induces conscious dreaming. Enter the room, lay comfortably, close your eyes and listen as a peaceful voice guides you into a calm, quiet clarity.
Need a little more motivation for your strength training routine? Meet up with your fellow bootcamp participants and engage in challenging bodyweight movements, cardio, bosu ball exercises, and more to push your physical limits. This 60 min class is held in the non-heated room.
