Kacie is thrilled to bring her skills of being upside-down! She was raised a competitive gymnast who spent hours of her life in handstands. Her 10+ years of experience have brought depth of understanding the human body.
Along with her 500+ hour Bikram training she also spent 2 years studying under Noa Maze gaining her 500 hour RYT certification. Kacie also spent 300+ hours at the Loyola Mayrmount University studying yoga therapy. With over 9 years of international yoga teaching experience Kacie is a certified expert in her craft!
Following an original hot yoga 26&2 style of sequencing, this dynamic system is used to take bikram students beyond their traditional studies, offer yoga students the skills necessary to practice more challenging postures, and spike the curiosity of new students. Incorporating training techniques, third sets, and advanced postures, this class leaves students challenged, informed, and asking for more.
Over the course of 40 hours, teacher trainees study and practice intense asana geometry, advanced teaching techniques and methodology, and psychic development techniques.
This module is for existing hot yoga teachers and those who have already completed their 200 hour teacher training process.

Boise Hot Yoga
A solid studio in every aspect, what really sets Boise Hot Yoga apart from the crowd is the range of classes it offers, including everything from the more common 60- and 90-minute hatha sessions to inferno hot pilates (a challenging interval training workout taught in a 95- to 100-degree room), aerial yoga and sessions for kids. Soon, Nidra classes, which are focused on meditation rather than movement, will join the roster as well. Showers are included in the changing rooms, water is abundant and free, and mats and towels can be rented for $2 a pop.
This 1.5 hour workshop includes in-depth look at multiple postures, never seen before video guide, photo analysis, Q&A session and more! $25 drop in or $20 for BHY Members. Take your yoga practice to the next level!
