Classes

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME
We love beginners! Take it easy. Your first few sessions are about getting your bearings and figuring the basics. Set up your mat in the back of the room so you can observe other students during class, and don’t be afraid to sit down should you need a break.

I AM LATE
Doors lock promptly as scheduled so we can provide our yogis with timely services. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY so you don’t get locked out!

HOW SKILLED?
We encourage and guide yogis of all skill levels to progress at his/her own rate.

PRE-REGISTER
We welcome you to register for classes online. Should you wish to register in person, arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class and sign up at the front desk.

AUTOPAY
For yogis averaging two or more classes per week, this is THE deal. Autopay membership also affords exclusive invites, discounts and VIP offers. Sign up online or at the front desk.

AUTOPAY CANCELLATION
Autopay contracts are for one calendar year with the option to freeze for 1, 2, or 3 months. After your year commitment in completed you can cancel your contract by emailing info@boisehotyoga.com.

CLASS PASS EXPIRATIONS
Our 5 and 10 class packages have a 3 month expiration. You can “refresh” expired classes by purchasing a new class package!

PRIVATE LESSONS & EVENTS
Available by appointment at all three studios. Choose your length (60, 90, or 120 minutes), your teacher (availability permitting), and your objective (do a regular class, focus on specific poses, ask questions, seek adjustments, observe demonstrations). Great for aspiring students, social groups and corporate team-building events. Pricing starts at $150. Email info@boisehotyoga.com for more information.

Logistics and Amenities

PARKING
Both studios have ample amounts of parking!

SHOWERS
Both studios have showers in the men's and women's change rooms.

MATS & TOWELS
Bring your own or rent from us for $2 each.

FLOORS
We clean our floors between each class. Hygiene is our highest priority!
